Lucy Addition: Tin Cup Restaurant & Bar in St Paul

Tin Cup on Rice St recently reopened under new management and with a new look. They have nine Lucys on their menu and some of them look vicious. The Lucifer, in particular, looks mean as hell. And delicious. A return trip is in order.
