It was a tasty, fun experience. After reading about Matt's in Hamburger America and seeing the author, George Motz, speak at a bookstore, I'm on a mission to sample as many as possible, and more. Matt's was packed but we got a table in 5 min. The food, fries and Cokes came in about 10 minutes. After being warned of the molten interior and waiting for a few minutes, we devoured the burgers and savored every bite.
