Jucy Additions: Wildfire Restaurants
August 25, 2007 – 8:07 amCariann reminded me that the Wildfire restaurant chain offers a Juicy Lucy. I was under the impression that this was only an occasional lunch special, so was leaning away from including it on the site, but verified that it is indeed a menu staple at this point.
All Wildfire locations (Eden Prairie, Atlanta, and a bunch in Chicago) have been added to the map. Thanks Cariann.

Here’s the scoop. I went there last week for lunch. The variety of the day was the Southwestern Stuffed Burger with Pepper Jack cheese. For $11.95, you got a large burger, pre-lunch bread, a side of guac and cole slaw, as well as fries. The cheese varied greatly between our 4 burgers. Some had a lot of cheese, some had little, but they all had cheese. You can’t say the same of Bar Abilene’s Southwest Lucy!
Not bad, but the cheese wasn’t hot nor very liquidy. But you got a lot of food, and it’s a steakhouse quality burger.
